Imagine showing up from your summer home and NOT spending the first week struggling to get your home up to speed for the winter months.

We can have your seasonal changeover completed to your liking prior to your arrival.  Reclaim your life and enjoy the sun!     

Here is what the service includes:

• Patio clean up
• Patio furniture moved
• Power washing

The fee for service is $500 and is based on 10 hours of work 8a.m.-6p.m. (by Lee) Depending on the size of your home, this may not be enough time to finish.  We would alert you if we could not finish in 1-10 hour period.

In addition we offer these additional services for many clients: 

Inside removal of coverings and light cleaning including linen change.

Please add $150 to charge (5 hours of additional person).
