Use 9×13 glass pan
1 c butter
2 c flour
1/2 c powdered sugar
Mix well and pat in pan- bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Mix with spoon, 4 eggs, 2 c sugar, 5 T flour, 6 T lemon juice and grated rind of lemon. Pour over cooled crust and bake for 25 minutes. When cooled frost with:
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
2 T butter
3 t milk
