Summer To Do List

Thank you for trusting Carlson Concierge to your homecare needs. Please be certain to indicate details where necessary. These are some of the items we feel are essential to take care of and therefore require regular maintenance, please include any other items on the back of this sheet. Feel free to leave on the countertop when you leave for the season or simply email/fax to our office and we will take care of it! Have a wonderful and safe summer.

Exterior:
o Patching, painting and touch ups
o Blow debris off of roof
o Patio Cleaning and Sealing
o Power Washing Exterior
o Refinish Exterior Doors
o Window Screen Repair (keep bugs out!)
o Storm and Wind Repairs (as needed)
o Window Cleaning- this will be scheduled before your return in fall

Interior
o Check and repair caulk and grout in bathtub/shower
o Change light fixtures
o Check and repair toilet leaks or mechanics
o Wall repair
o Install or build shelving
o Hang art or mirrors
o Check and repair exhaust fan
o Clean dryer vent

Garage
o Test switch breakers
o Lube Garage Door
o Change light bulbs
o Install shelving
o Coat garage floor
o Drywall repair
o Clean up and Organize

General
o Change hard to reach light bulbs
o Check smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors
o Lubricate window tracks and door hinges
o Tighten and service hinges and knobs on cabinets
o Check and repair/install weather-stripping
o Replace AC Filters
